Contact the unit supervisors. Project information you can provide upfront makes for a more productive initial consultation meeting. Completing the appropriate Job Request form also speeds getting underway with your project.
- For Graphic Design and Drafting services, please contact John Carter at
jcarter@water.ca.gov or 916-653-9786.- For Film/Video services, print out and complete form DWR 3595.
- For Photography services, print out and complete form DWR 2750.
- For AV Equipment services or Video Library loans, print out and complete DWR 2941.
Submit form, including written instructions* and background resource materials, to unit supervisors, key unit or Administrative staff. It's helpful if you e-mail or phone first to schedule an initial project consultation meeting, and we appreciate it.
*Written instructions usually include:
- General description of the work to be completed
- Objectives to be achieved
- Target audience
- Recommended format
- Amount budgeted for the project
- Target dates for rough and finished products
- Technical and management review individuals
