DISPLAY SYSTEM RENTALS

Skyline Mirage 10' Display (available in several colors) $110/day and $490/week

Includes two shipping cases, framework, magnetic channels, four fabric covered front panels, two fabric end panel, and light kit. Additional accessories are available. Please ask the attendant.

Installation and disassembly are not included. Delivery and installation is $30/hr. if done by AV Equipment staff or $65/hr. if set up by Graphic Design staff.

No deposit is required. However, user is responsible for return of the display system. Costs to replace damaged and missing parts, or components that require professional cleaning, will be charged to the renter. Normal wear and tear to be determined by Graphic Services staff.

MISCELLANEOUS

Weekly, Monthly, and special Long-term rental rates may be arranged. Please call the AV Equipment Unit at (916) 653-4893 for information on equipment and services not listed.

Services outside the Resources Building will involve a transportation fee of .24/mile.

To avoid loss or theft of rental equipment, please return all equipment to the AV Equipment Unit promptly. Equipment left in conference areas for AV personnel pickup will be charged a $15.00 pickup fee.

Materials and services provided by vendors under contract to Graphic Services are assessed a 15% administrative fee.

It is Graphic Services policy to provide cost estimates prior to beginning work and to provide revised estimates in the event the scope of the project changes significantly. Overtime charges will be identified and approved when the project is initiated and/or when the standard production time frame is shortened by the client.
